At Vintovo, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns
​

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging are intact

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • ​Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Personalized or custom items

2. How to Initiate a Return
​

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact us at [contact.vintovo@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds
​

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges
​

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
​

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order number, and we’ll make it right either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
